Following up on our recent posts regarding service continuity in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we wanted to highlight some of the practical ways Micad can help you during this challenging time.

Online Support: with increased working from home you may feel isolated and not have access to your local team members. Don’t forget we are here to help you. You can access Micad’s online support portal.

Forgotten functionality: don’t forget that your IPR software lets you create user defined fields to identify spaces in new and different ways (e.g. quarantine areas). You can then use the graphic reporting tools to highlight these spaces on floor plans.

Strategic Planning: the IPR is the ideal tool for identifying underused or opportunity space that needs re-purposing. This can help you reshape your estate to respond to this unprecedented situation.

Free extra user licences: We want to ensure that all our users have access to their systems and key data at this critical time. So, we have decided to increase user’s licences free of charge for the next 3 months to help you continue to deliver your services. To request more user licences simply email us with your requirements and we will apply the changes.
