IHS clients will benefit from Micad’s extended infrastructure, development team and network of NHS customers with whom we collaborate with and share our best practices with. Coupled with the IHS team’s experience, knowledge and experience in the facilities maintenance market, Micad’s customers will also benefit from the enlarged group’s broader suite of Estates and Facilities Maintenance Software products and joint capabilities.
All IHS staff will join the Micad business, including founders John Herron and Stewart Smith who have taken on senior roles within the Micad team. Peter Harris, Micad’s Managing Director said, “The IHS business is a great strategic fit with our vision for further expansion in our core NHS market. John and Stewart bring sector leading CAFM expertise to Micad that will further advance our product development in this space and benefit our joint clients.”
