Micad Training and Implementation
Courses to Suit Your User Needs
The IPR is designed to be intuitive even to non-computer literate individuals who perhaps use the web for simple tasks. In order that we can focus on our core business of developing and supporting our software Micad have recently outsourced the majority of our training to our Implementation and Support Partner (ISP) Topscan.
Training sessions can take place either on-site or at our offices in Altrincham or in Bournemouth.
Training for each indivual module is available. Each training session is designed to be hands on and to give the users the experience they need in order to make best use of the IPR system.
Bespoke Client Training
These sessions are tailored to client’s needs in term of covering the modules and functionality that the client wants to cover. These sessions are for up to 3 delegates. Small groups allow us to use task orientated techniques while keeping the sessions personalised, concentrating on the basics and working into more specialised areas throughout the day.
