Training

The IPR is designed to be intuitive even to non-computer literate individuals who perhaps use the web for simple tasks. However, we would always recommend thorough familiarisation sessions and training. These sessions can take place either on-site or at our offices in Altrincham.

Each training session is designed to be hands on and to give the users the experience they need in order to make best use of the IPR system. Small groups allow us to use task orientated techniques while keeping the sessions personalised, concentrating on the basics and working into more specialised areas throughout the day.

Many of our clients are now demanding that the suppliers responsible for populating data on their IPR system have recognised training form Micad. This can be undertaken at our offices or at the suppliers and will be certificated once the necessary training is complete.
