This risk based application enables the surveyor to communicate remotely and on-line with the IPR database. It reduces deviations by automatically distributing the ‘master’ survey templates to the locations that are to be surveyed.

User-defined templates enable just about any type of building or site survey to be facilitated. (e.g. Condition, Statutory Compliance, Space Utilisation, Functional Suitability, Environmental Management, Fire Regulatory Reform Order, PEAT or DSEAR).

The resultant element information is interrogated using a user-definable query engine that will automatically export the results into MS Excel. The data is easily available for publishing in a Master Plan, Estate Strategy for setting-up backlog maintenance schedules.
