The Micad range of software is based around a core application, the Internet Property Register (IPR).  This multi-faceted software is a tremendously capable CAD drawing and general document repository.  It's unique technology provides a seamless distribution of the latest published documents that are attached your property locations (sites, buildings, floors or rooms).

The IPR provides users with instant access to their space database from the home page.  The IPR system uses the CAD drawings to ensure accurate and reliable spatial information, users can enter detail such as function, departmental occupancy and costs. Data fields are user-definable and therefore the system and its information capabilities are virtually without limits.

IPR users are presented with an unparalleled range of reporting capabilities; Graphic reports, an ever developing set of textual reports and an advanced query engine which enables users to generate their own database queries and then export the results directly into Microsoft Excel.

Additional modules have been developed to enhance the operational effectiveness of the Micad software range and assist users in managing their estate.

Asbestos Module, industry leading asbestos management software used by a wide range of clients, from moderate organisations through to those managing vast estates. The Asbestos Module is HSG264 and HSG227 compliant.  The IPR space drawings are umbilically linked to the Asbestos Register ensuring that the room and space references are always accurate.

Asset Capture, this specialist module utilises the IPR CAD drawings and provides a direct association between user-definable symbols and schedules of information within the IPR database.

Land and Estates Property Terrier Module, presents a huge range of detailed building and site information from a single source.  This ranges from construction data, legal tenure, acquisitions & disposals, charges & values, planning constraints and a contact database. There is also the provision to add documents and drawings into the appropriate sections.

Licenses and Leases Module, a diary driven, central point for all leases and licences information that can be linked to electronic copies of original documents.  Alerts can be configured to send emails to the responsible individual.

Property Appraisal Module, enables surveyors to create a user-defined master survey and then remotely enter risk-based assessments.  This database underpins the organisation's estate strategy, investment plans and backlog maintenance information.

Room Monitoring / Booking and Utilisation Module, provides members of an organisation with access to block and sessional bookings over the web.  The IPR control panel enables the monitoring and analysis of bookings by time and cost.

Waste Monitoring Module, presents the monitoring of waste types and recycling.  Sets targets and reports on performance of supply chain partners, who can be given access to enter data remotely.
