The Document Compliancy Module is an effective solution in providing senior management with absolute clarity to complex compliancy issues.
It utilises the IPR’s existing and in-built functionality to publish digital documents against any location of the property hierarchy. The Document Compliancy Module is a major enhancement of this capability, enabling the user to flag documents whether newly published or existing, as part of the Compliancy System. It is engineered to monitor the performance of all Statutory and non-Statutory documents published against any building reference.
The module will deal with multi-disciplines supported by a range of professionals
Micad acknowledges that building managers commission surveys and assessments by specialist companies to provide them with pertinent information. This module provides a solution to the centralising of information where the risk associated with each compliance element can be accessed, compared and reported on via each site or property. The Compliancy Module also supports an early warning system for all documents which automatically reviews expiry by using escalations which are emailed automatically to those responsible.
The categories and elements of both statutory and non-statutory are totally user-definable e.g.
Simply select the compliancy element and fill out the basic risk assessment for the specific document and you will have published the document with key data that will allow you check via a management dashboard your levels of compliance by each discipline. The interactive dashboard will then allow you to drill-down direct to building and individual reports that are out-of-date or missing.
Being entirely web- based documents upload can be done in-house or by trusted 3rd party consultants that perform the surveys and assessments on behalf of the client.
